Here's the problem I have with a +10 vs X mod. And, this is mostly about the Elite missions in DoA and Slavers. The groups are generally well balanced, except for maybe Forge in Slavers, which has more fire damage dealers. So, if I choose +10 vs fire, I'm excluding slashers, hammers, and ranged attacks. I've been going with -5/20 until I started reading about how, in the long run, it isn't that good. But, isn't it better to have a possibility of stopping any attack vs more against a specific attack? And, I don't have enough space to store all the different +10 AL vs, so I can switch them out everytime I change dungeons or quests.

If I go with a weapon and a shield, it would be a Sephis Axe and a Torment Shield.

I personally use a Fellblade+Tormented Shield as my favorite weapon set(female monk) I havn't taken a good look at any newer skinned weapons.

You can have your shields in Storage. Bring out 3 or so you want in the mission and you can use an offhand for your last weapon set. That's what I do anyway 0_o

I have Elite Kurz dyed Pink on male monk

+5e +30hp Wyvern Blade and Droknars Protection Off hand 20/20
+5e +30hp Wyvern Blade and and shield vs armor
-5e +30hp Chaos Axe (dyed pink) and shield vs armor
High energy staff thats pink

If I do active protect bonding I use a +5e 20%enchant Shadow Blade
